The goal was to maximize conversion by eliminating the traditional store flow and reducing clicks to payment to a minimum.

The problem

The classic eCommerce model with catalog and cart didn't fit a single product. It was necessary to design a direct purchase experience, especially optimized for mobile, that would take the user from initial impact to payment in the fewest steps possible.

The solution

A conversion-oriented landing page was developed with a clear proposition and three direct CTAs (Box S, M and L). Each CTA automatically generates the order and redirects to the pre-configured WooCommerce checkout, bypassing the cart. The entire system was built on a custom theme and plugins.

From initial impact to checkout in just two clicks. Conversion increased, the mobile experience became extremely fast and the system was ready to scale without rebuilding the architecture.
